Operation: Create Perfect Outfit is GO

I'm on a quest to create the perfect outfit. There's this outfit in my head that the main character wears, but when I get pen to paper, it disappears! WTH?! D: Even though my writer keeps telling me to just stick to the one I made. No! I must have perfection! D: I MUST have that outfit.

For now I'll try to extract it by using what I can pull out from the blurriness. Navy blue, black, and white.
